TLC Tech Employee Spotlight — 
Steven Melville joined the TLC Tech team just over four months ago, and in that time has established himself as an invaluable part of our staff.
In his role as Project Manager, Steven is responsible for facilitating effective and timely progress on the projects we execute for our clients. He oversees the work our teams do, coordinates with clients to provide updates and accept feedback, and more.
Steven enjoys the work because it’s never the same thing twice. He appreciates the constant change, the many challenges inherent to every project, and the opportunities to work as a team to complete each project.
Prior to joining the TLC team, Steven gained a number of critical IT certifications (Dell-certified Server/ Desktop Engineer, ATM 4 & 5 gen engineer, A+, Project Management), and cut his teeth at companies such as CS Holdings, Bytes Tech, TCM and Anglo American. When he’s not on the job, Steven enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, or relaxing and playing video games.
We’re excited to have Steven on the team. Steven is looking forward to building a solid work relationship with TLC and growing with TLC for many years to come.
